Developing Passing Under Pressure

Passing under pressure is a vital skill, especially in high-stakes moments. Set up a rondo drill, where one or two defenders are surrounded by players passing the ball in a circle. The goal is to maintain possession through quick, accurate passes while evading the defenders.

Increase the intensity by adding more defenders or limiting the number of touches players can take. Focus on communication, off-the-ball movement, and anticipating the next pass. These drills mimic real-match conditions where split-second decisions are necessary, sharpening your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
